Heidi L. Young, LMT is a graduate from Globe University-La Crosse with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy.  Licensed to Practice in the state of Wisconsin.

I believe myself to be someone who is dedicated to providing quality therapeutic massage, educating people on overall wellness.  I have gained knowledge and skill in administering chair massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Special Populations Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Therapy Massage, Thai Massage and Energy Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I integrate a number of different massage modalities and techniques into the treatment so that I can customize each massage specifically to the needs of the individual client. I love the opportunity to work in an environment that allows me to be able to bring my energy and passion to light.  I have personally felt the benefits of what massage can do, and it is hard to not want to share that feeling.  The over all feeling of contentment, relaxation, balancing and...bliss.  The healing effects of massage gets amplified to a greater level because of how the art of the healing touch stimulates what the body can do naturally in the release of endorphins, to help and heal itself.  The art of the healing touch, Massage, it's a good thing!
